Certified Social Worker
Ideal Candidate: A certified social worker with experience in hospitals, nursing home facilities, long-term care facilities, home care, home health, or skilled nursing environments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of patient advocacy, family support services, and community resource navigation. This role requires excellent case management skills and an ability to build relationships with referral sources.
Role: This position involves providing consulting services to our clients on how to best support their patients’ psychosocial needs. A key part of the role is acting as a case management consultant, helping agencies develop comprehensive care plans and navigate community resources. Additionally, this role supports client acquisition by helping our clients establish and nurture relationships with referral partners and other sources, ensuring a steady flow of new clients. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work.
Valid state certification as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role within a home care, home health, or skilled nursing environment.
Strong understanding of patient advocacy, family support services, and community resource navigation.
Healthcare Compliance Consultant
Ideal Candidate: Experienced professional with deep knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, licensing, and survey preparation.
Role: Work directly with agency owners to ensure compliance and help them prepare for regulatory audits. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a compliance or administrative role within a healthcare agency.
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, licensing, and survey preparation processes.
Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) are highly preferred.
Medical Billing & Credentialing Specialist
Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented expert in medical billing, coding, and credentialing with Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
Role: Manage the full revenue cycle for our clients, from claim submission and denial management to payment posting and accounts receivable follow-up.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in medical billing and coding.
Certifications such as Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Professional Biller (CPB) are required.
Extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance credentialing processes.
